By using BlurHub, you agree to these terms.
BlurHub provides automated video anonymization. You retain ownership of all uploaded content.
You must not upload content that contains:
You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to upload and anonymize any footage. AutoBlur is a privacy tool and must not be used to obstruct lawful identification or to process other people's personal data unlawfully.
We employ automated content moderation. Flagged uploads will be rejected and may result in account termination.
Anonymous users receive 15 seconds of free video, no account required. Higher resolutions and frame rates count for more against the per-clip processing limit.
Paid plans are billed via Stripe as one-time purchases of processing minutes — there is no subscription. BlurHub's anonymization is a service performed on demand. When you start a render, you expressly request that we begin performing the service before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, and you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal expires once the service for that video has been fully performed (§ 356(4) BGB). Minutes spent on a started or completed video are therefore non-refundable; should you withdraw after a render has begun but before it finishes, you owe reasonable compensation for the part already performed (§ 357(8) BGB). Unused minutes that have never been spent can be refunded on request — contact us.
BlurHub is provided "as is". We are not responsible for incomplete anonymization or misuse of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
